Years ago, I followed the typical routine of a mother and wife—work, pick up the kids from school, dinner, and repeat. My university days in Bangkok were no different—study, take exams, and repeat. Sports and exercise weren’t even on my radar.

But in 2015, everything changed. I decided to join a CrossFit box, not fully understanding what it was, simply because I wanted to shed some weight. Little did I know that this decision would transform my life. Physical challenges became exhilarating, and I discovered newfound strength and mental resilience. I was on the right path.

I embraced progress by learning new skills. Weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and swimming—each specialty class fueled my desire to thrive. It was no longer just about exercise; it was about becoming better every day.

Community and Camaraderie:

One of the most rewarding aspects was the tight-knit community. We shared a bond, pushing each other to excel. For nearly a decade, I’ve been an active competitor, and my hunger for achievements continues to grow.
