  • Do I have to create an account to shop?
    No. You have the option to create an account or check out as a guest. However, creating a Vitamode® account is free and will speed up the checkout process. It’ll also help you to keep track of all your purchases.
  • How to pay?
    1. Click Checkout button to make payment. 2. Enter your shipping details. 3. Choose the delivery method. 4. Then, you are required to choose payment method. We accepted two ways of payment: 1. Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) 2. Manual Payment Pay using Credit/Debit Enter your card number, expiration date, security code and the cardholder name. The card will be charged automatically after you placed the order. * RM 1.00 processing fee will be charged on every credit/debit card payment. Manual Payment 1. Transfer funds to Medispecs (M) Sdn Bhd account using online banking. Details: Recipient Name: Medispec (M) Sdn Bhd Account number: 3123366612 Bank Name: Public Bank Berhad 2. Send the proof of payment to us via website chat or Facebook Messenger.
  • I can't remember my username or password. What should I do?
    Click login and then ‘Forgot password?’. Follow the instructions to to reset your password and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.
  • What are store discount codes?
    These are codes that you can use to enjoy a discount on your total bill when you shop online at www.vitamode.com.my
  • How do I use my discount code?
    During the checkout phase, you will be asked to enter a valid discount code. The value of this code will then be subtracted off the total bill.
  • I am dissatisfied with the product and have returned my order. Will I receive a refund?

  • What if I fail to use the discount code before the expiry date?
    All discount codes will be deemed invalid once it passes its stipulated promotion date.
  • If I’m unable to fully maximise the gift card, can I get a refund on the balance or exchange for cash?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once the gift card is activated and unable to exchange the gift card for cash.
  • What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
    If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your other payment methods.
  • How do I register for a Vitamode® Account?
    Visit www.vitamode.com.my and click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page. Click on ‘Sign up’ to begin.
  • I cannot log into my account, what do I do?
    Please visit the login page to reset your password. You can also contact us or email hello@vitamode.com.my for assistance in accessing your account.
  • How can I change my billing or shipping information?
    Please log in to your account and refer to the options under ‘My Addresses’. There, you’ll be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.
  • What are Vitamode gift cards?
    They are prepaid Vitamode vouchers that you can gift to your customers, guests, employees and loved ones. They can be used to purchase any products on the Vitamode website @ www.vitamode.com.my
  • How to use Vitamode gift cards?
    If you are the recipient of a gift card, you would have received an email with the subject line eg. "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name). Your unique gift card code appears in the email. To redeem the card, head over to our online store and find products that you want to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique gift card code.
  • What is the validity period of Vitamode gift card?
    The Vitamode gift card will be valid for 180 days after being issued. *Please kindly note that we are unable to perform renewals of expired gift card(s) or extensions of validity. So use them soon!
  • How do I pay for Vitamode gift card?
    Simply select your preferred gift card type and denominations, add it to your cart, and proceed to make payment with your credit card.
  • I made a mistake with my order. Can I change my order details?

  • What happens after checkout and payment?
    Upon a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. After that, your recipient(s) or you will receive a second email with your Vitamode gift card(s) immediately after the purchase. We will email the list of Vitamode gift card(s) to your email address. You can then distribute the gift card link(s) to the intended recipient.
  • Can I extend the validity of my Vitamode card if it expires?
    Unfortunately, the validity cannot be altered once your gift card has been issued. So use them soon!
  • Can I get a refund?
    No. You will not be able to get a refund for a Gift Card purchase, and the 7 days return policy does not apply to Gift Cards.
  • Terms & Conditions
    One (1) box of Vitamode® product redemption is valid for a cumulative purchase of six (6) boxes of the SAME Vitamode® product. Copies of Vitamode® product(s) purchase receipt(s) from any participating retail outlet(s) AND the original Vitamode® product(s) barcodes MUST be accompanied with the OTC Vitamode® Redemption Envelope in order to be entitled for redemption. The Vitamode® Redemption Envelope must be completed with participant(s)' details as well as participating retail outlet(s)' stamp. ONLY the original OTC Vitamode® Redemption Envelope is accepted. Redemption of the Vitamode® product has to be made within ONE (1) year from the first Vitamode® product purchase (according to the first accompanying purchase receipt). NO receipt(s) from any E-commerce store purchase is accepted upon redemption. The redeemed Vitamode® product(s) from Vitamode® Loyalty Program is NOT exchangeable for cash and strictly NOT for resale. The redeemed Vitamode® product(s) from the Vitamode® Loyalty Program is NOT entitled for another similar redemption. Medispec (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make any changes to the Vitamode® Loyalty Program without prior notice. By participating in the Vitamode® Loyalty Program, the participant(s) will be deemed to have accepted and bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to their personal data being processed by Medispec (M) Sdn. Bhd. for purposes related to the program and use such information for marketing purposes only. All personal information of participants obtained will be kept confidential.
