1. One (1) box of Vitamode® product redemption is valid for a cumulative of six (6) serial number submission. Each Vitamode® product comes with a unique serial number under the "Scratch me" sticker column.

2. Redemption of the Vitamode® product has to be made within ONE (1) year from the first serial number submission.

3. Multiple serial number submission and multiple product redemption are allowed.

4. Vitamode® Rewards program is only open to individuals who are 18 years old and above with a local registered number and local address.

5. The redeemed Vitamode® product will be sent directly to the registered address upon successful redemption. Only local address is eligible for this program.

6. Once the submission of 6 serial numbers are completed, redemption of the Vitamode® product has to be made before a new serial number of the same product can be submitted.

7. Vitamode® Rewards Program is valid on ALL Vitamode® products that comes with the Rewards sticker and unique serial number. To ensure authencity of ALL Vitamode® products and Rewards stickers, we strongly recommend our customers to purchase from Vitamode® authorized resellers (include link to store locator) and online platforms. Purchase made with unauthorised seller will not be entertained.

8. The redeemed Vitamode® product(s) from Vitamode® Rewards Program is NOT exchangeable for cash and strictly NOT for resale.

9. The redeemed Vitamode® product(s) from the Vitamode® Rewards Program is NOT entitled for another similar redemption.

10. Medispec (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make any changes to the Vitamode® Rewards Program without prior notice.

11. By participating in the Vitamode® Rewards Program, the participant(s) will be deemed to have accepted and bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to their personal data being processed by Medispec (M) Sdn.
