As a triathlete, I firmly believe that balance is the key to success. You can have the best training regimen in the world and give 110% in every session, but if you neglect other crucial aspects such as recovery, nutrition, and sleep, that tremendous effort will go to waste. I do think that I have yet to reach my full potential, but I am also convinced that my time will come. Just watch.
