4. Then, you are required to choose payment method. We accepted two ways of payment:

2. Manual Payment

Enter your card number, expiration date, security code and the cardholder name. The card will be charged automatically after you placed the order.
* RM 1.00 processing fee will be charged on every credit/debit card payment.
Manual Payment

2. Send the proof of payment to us via website chat or Facebook Messenger.
Click login and then ‘Forgot password?’. Follow the instructions to to reset your password and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.
These are codes that you can use to enjoy a discount on your total bill when you shop online at www.vitamode.com.my
To apply your discount code: 1. Enter the code during checkout. 2. The discount will be subtracted from your total bill.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds once the gift card is activated and unable to exchange the gift card for cash.
If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, customers can pay for the remaining cost using your other payment methods.
