Each capsule contains:
- Lactobacillus helveticus R0052.......19.3mg
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011.....19.9mg
- Bifidobacterium longum R0175.......25.5mg
- Saccharomyces boulardii.................125mg
Adult, adolescent and children (1 year old and above): Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal. For those who are unable to swallow the capsule, the capsule content can be mixed with cold food or liquid. For children from 1 to 5 years old, the content of the capsule content must be diluted in a glass of water or milk.
