Vitamode® Raises Inflammation Awareness at iFood Expo 2025

From 20th to 22nd June 2025, Vitamode® participated in the vibrant iFood Expo at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall, where the intersection of food, lifestyle, and wellness brought thousands of Malaysians together. As part of our ongoing commitment to preventive health, we hosted the Capillacare Roadshow, spotlighting our Inflamm-ageing campaign to educate consumers on the often-overlooked effects of silent inflammation.

Using our Microcapillary Test machine, visitors underwent nailfold capillary screenings, which reveal the condition of small blood vessels—providing early clues to hidden inflammation in the body. Many were surprised to learn that common symptoms they’ve been dismissing—like cold hands and feet, numbness or tingling, heart palpitations, or shortness of breath—may actually be early signs of inflamm-ageing.

Our trained team interpreted each individual's capillary images and offered personalised advice, including targeted supplement recommendations tailored to their results, lifestyle, and age. The goal? To help Malaysians take action before chronic inflammation turns into something more serious.

Being a food-focused expo, the event allowed us to reach a wide range of consumers who are already curious about how diet affects their wellbeing. This health-conscious audience was particularly receptive to learning how the right nutrients and supplements can complement their daily meals to prevent inflammation and promote long-term vitality.
