Vitamode® Champions Muscle Health at My Health Expo 2025

From 21st to 23rd March 2025, Vitamode® proudly participated in the My Health Expo 2025 held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall, bringing muscle and mobility health to the forefront through our “Know Your Muscle” roadshow.

In conjunction with our Reclaim Mobility campaign, the roadshow focused on raising awareness about muscle and joint health—an essential part of healthy ageing. Using the Omron Muscle Test machine, visitors could assess their muscle condition and receive insights into their overall mobility status.

To enhance education and awareness, we distributed three educational leaflets covering:

• Sarcopenia – age-related muscle loss

• Osteoarthritis – joint wear-and-tear that causes stiffness and pain

• Osteoporosis – weakened bones that are more prone to fractures

Based on their muscle test results, our team provided personalised advice on which Vitamode® supplements would best support each individual's age, lifestyle, and mobility goals—whether for stronger muscles, healthier bones, or more flexible joints.

The roadshow was a great success in helping visitors understand that mobility isn’t just about movement—it’s about maintaining independence and quality of life as we age.
