Do I have to create an account to shop?

No. You have the option to create an account or check out as a guest. However, creating a Vitamode© Online account is free and will speed up the checkout process. 

I can’t remember my username or password. What should I do?

Please go to the login page and click on “Lost your Password?” and we will email for you to reset your password.

What are store discount codes?

These are codes that you will be able to use to contract off your total bill.

How do I use/claim my discount code?

At the check-out phase, you will be asked to enter your valid discount code. The value of this code will then be subtracted off the total bill.

I have a retuned order and am dissatisfied with the product. Can I receive my refund?

What if I fail to use the discount code before the expiry date?

Unfortunately, the discount code will then be deemed invalid.

How do I register for a Vitamode© Account?

Simply head to www. Vitamode.com.my and click ‘Sign Up’ at the top right corner and follow the prompts.

I cannot log into my account, what do I do?

How can I change my billing or shipping information?

Please login to your account and visit ‘Addresses’. There, you will be able to update all of your account information, including your billing and shipping addresses.
